 Abstract:  Alexander A. Tayor was a resident of Cambridge, Ohio, who served as a Captain of Company H, 122nd Regiment, Ohio Volunteer Infantry during the American Civil War. He was taken prisoner during the battle of Winchester, Virginia, on June 15, 1863. The collection consists of autographs of prisoners of war in Libby Prison, Richmond, Virginia, collected by Taylor.
